Hasshaku's Sad Story
Hasshaku is a Goddess in disguise of a High Shrine Maiden and families bring their young sons who are about to reach manhood to her as she did a tradition bringing young boys to manhood until she is forgotten bringing her sorrow for years. Legend says if a Shinto Shrine is raining, it's a sign of Hasshaku-Sama's sadness because of being forgotten. Even though she's forgotten, she never gives up her job. She still makes sure to help young boys who are about to reach manhood as a lonely ghost (She lost her godliness due to sadness until the Shinto Gods turn her into a ghost in order for her to freely roam around Earth. She still expects that one day she will be remembered and if the gods find out she is remembered she can restore her godliness and the gods will grant the person who helped her gain her godliness)
