Ooh! Ok! I’m also thinking of some kind of dragon that looks like a illusion, and can be summoned by one of its scales, like Ho-oh!-

Oooh, like a Fata Morgana, that would make it a dragon/pshychic or a nuclear dragon, based of a hazmat suit, making it a dragon/poison!
