Human milk is different from cow's milk. Cows ingest grass, and humans ingest processed and whole foods (That are not grass). This plays a role in it; also the fact that human milk contains more polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat, as well as less calcium than cow's milk. Also, babies are able to live without human milk throughout their infancy (that probably sounded less than coherent but i'm not on my A game anyways🤓).

Yes, you're correct that human milk is different from cow milk.

However, human milk has more lactose than cow milk

Human milk contains about 7.5 g/100 mL of lactose, cows milk has about 5 g/100 mL of lactose

Actually lactose intolerance isn't started at birth. It occurs when... I forgor my science lesson was like two weeks ago

It only occurs when there isn't enough lactase in the body to separate the lactose

This can occur at any age, and premature babies are more at risk

im pretty sure the intolerance happens over time. It's a thing that happens quite often due to a lack of need for milk.

Lactose intolerant people don't exist.

There are intolerances to breast milk at a very young age. More often in very premmie babies. In those cases they try to have the baby feeding on TEN (Total Enteral Nutrition as I recall) and earliest breast milk (it has higher level of colostrum which is important in developing an immune system.
Some kids need to change to a fully or partially elemental formula as they’re a bit older.
