Fun fact: stair treads need to be around 1 foot drop between steps ie you only step up or down by 1 foot each step. If you go outside a range of about 8 inches to 16 inches, humans will trip or go slowly to be careful. We’re just so used to standard steps. It doesn’t matter how tall or short you are. At my height I can go up 2 steps at a time. But it’s really not much quicker (if at all) because I have to watch where I’m going too much.
There are design rules around this, and it wouldn’t help you with smaller steps even though you’re shorter.
