There is actually a place on the end of most runways where the concrete is intentionally soft, so that it would break up if a plane were to overrun, causing the plane to suddenly slow down
But that appears to be the taxiway, so that wouldn't be possible there

This meme is less about the aircraft and safety procedures and more about the cheating travelers.
