Its cool but why does Serieel evolve into Starveel? Electric/Dragon to Electric/Dark seems like a weird type change to me, maybe it would be better to have it be 3 evolutions with Starveel and Serieel being separate and lorewise make it so they both fight and eat each other

i was thinking of jeffrey dahmer when i made serieel, who was known to eat his victims
so for its evo i decided to go further and go with a starved eggman inspiration because of his insatiable hunger for mobian flesh
