There's no run off or re election clause in the constitution.
Butt good try.
If you wanted a different HOC, you would have been free to choose a different candidate and wait for them to get zero votes.

There is no "opposition party" clause in the constitution. There is no "opposition leader" position on the stream. Your opinion is your own and doesn't effort the streams laws.
