I would start at summer vacation, how about you?

lets say 6 months with me doing 25 sit ups every single night.

2 months (the whole summer vacation) Lift up weights 10 times 2 rows, jog around the neighbirhood 5 times, and do push ups 9 times in 6 rows

every day

20 + 5 + 63 = 87 things i have to do.
