Time travel.You could travel back/forward in time then travel back, but only once a day. You have enough power for two transportations, pretty much. The hero name would be Timewarp. Either that or the ability to mold flesh, and even squish a couple people together. The bad part is that it makes really gross, loud squish noises. That would be my villain quirk. I’ve thought this out.

I came up with a semi original one called Mimic. If you see an action, such as a backflip, once, you could perfectly recreate it even if you’ve never done a backflip before. This would also work with noises. The action you are mimicking also has to be within normal human limits, for example, if someone was able to turn their head backwards as part of their quirk, you could not do that because that would kill a normal human. A bonus is that if you see an action once, you can remember and recreate it for the rest of your life. This wouldn’t be too flashy but could be useful in some situations.

I kinda came up with my own… it’s called “Mind Access”. So original right? Any way, I can both read minds and show people memories or stuff that happened. All I have to do is either make physical contact for a small amount of people, or concentrate my Quirk on a building.
