when I leave the US (which I will because I'm not sure how long the US has left as a beacon of democracy), I was either gonna go to Ireland (I'm Scot-Irish, it has EU benefits like environmental protection and stuff, and also I don't really want to go to Scotland yet because the UK isn't much better than the US politics-wise) or Norway (pristine mountains, Schengen Area, all that stuff)
