Let's say this as a scenario:

Someone accidentally gives a morphine overdose, and the patient dies because of the overdose. The problem is that the nurse had the morphine moved to a different bottle. However the nurse was framed for murder but was later revealed that the nurse's medicine was stuffed up by another guy.

Who's at fault for murder?

A. The Nurse.
B. The Guy who swapped the morphine into a different bottle where it mentions a different medicine.
