Musume: Because they can, Hoshiko. It seems that Sayori and Sephiroth don’t seem to care what we consider impossible, and Kokoro, whatever feels like absolute zero apparently seems to feel like a slight chill for Sayori, especially when she’s dressed like that. But I guess since Sephiroth has the congenital Jenova cells which presumably makes him immune to those same chills, he can at least be there to keep Sayori warm whenever she needs it without having to worry about the chills himself
