As far as I can see, only you and nopa are owners so memechat either of you with a request to ban someone ?

I just tried to memechat you but you must not follow me so im not able too. you do not need my permission to ban someone as long as they are breaking the rules of the stream or the imgflip tos.

I am once again now following you. Must have accidentally unfollowed you ... Sorry
Incidentally, I've never felt the need to ban anyone !
