Side bar: You cannot be the only one to hold polls to run a contest however, as what Article 14 Section 4 says, anyone except banned users can hold polls for meme contests and other stuff.

Article 14: The Rights of Citizens
Section 4: All users (besides those that are banned) are permitted to hold polls, and petition/bring a bill to congress and the senate. It is up to the HOC and HOS to see that it is voted on.

You misunderstood me. You know those meme contests they hold and stuff? Not a poll but a fun little contest for like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and just current events. Whoever gets the most votes for best meme wins the trophy.
