well it is an advertisement. after a few times seeing it, I got curious and clicked on the link (meaning the ad worked extraordinarily well) and the cow thing is something you can buy. I believe the website said that "this isn't a toy, it is a collectible", like yeah okay whatever helps you sleep at night.
