and what do you believe is the current problem?

The conditions of this stream are way to leaniant now. People just leave and never come back, and it’s not a problem apparently. Systems of organization are gone, like roll call, squadrons, and regular daily tasks. I have been a trooper for three years, and I’ve never seen the stream in worse shape.

i've been trying the best i can, but there isn;t much activity needed and people barely participate anymore because they see no reason

We need a joint leadership to make up for that. This would help because the stream does not take you seriously. No offense, sir.

who would you propose to join in leadership? we already have spartan as Assistant General (or smthg i forgor the exact term) but he rarely gets active in this stream. everyone just kinda forgets about this stream

I try to be active on this stream, but I see no strong reason when the streams I patrol don’t have any trouble, nor do I get anything reported to me. I’ve also been partially busy with school, sir.

Exactly. We need to tell more people. There is definitely more under the surface of this site, and we need to find it and help those being bullied like the old days.

how do you propose we get more people active and find these other people in need?

Get any active troopers left to recruit others. We need more people who actually care about anti-bullying.

it's hard to get them motivated

we have tiff: she's more of a uh person that works at the HQ so to speak and less of a person to do field work

we have stellar: she isn't always active and it's hard to get her to work sometimes (no offense to stellar)

we got you: didn't even realize you were still here, thought you left

we got spartan: as recently stated he is busy with school and such

we got heaven: isn't active at all very much and hardly ever participates in trooper stuff anymore unless something huge is going on

and we got a bunch of other newer people that just kinda leave after they join. never bother to come to the stream.
