It 1st appeared in one of the older Henry stickmen games, so really Puffball games has the airship rights.

But then they let Intersloth use it, so it does not matter.

That's just like saying that Master Chief is from Fortnite

They’re both made by the same creator which is why that airship from Henry Stick-Man was put into Amoung Us

It might not be the Henry Stickmin airship, it could be the airship that is the Among Us adaptation of the original. Because Among Us is more well known
