no no, the approval rating of a government that is 50% or higher is good, 45% is borderline, 40% we'll petition for recalling the election, but we won't recall in the first or last week of the term. Maybe Envoy could get me to do 30%, but 20% is way too low.

I'm more than happy to do 30% if you would otherwise abstain the bill
