The Victorian streets are dark and foggy, with smog and factory smoke clogging up the sky.
In the midst of this oppressive dark atmosphere comes a new unprecedented wave of Rock music, shattering the records and bringing newcomers to the city. Music was crafted through Darksong, found through communion with a Great One named Kaes. Though the Darksong was the foundation of the city, it could just as easily have been its downfall. The Darksong could be contained within sanity by mortal beings, but too much would break the mind of a susceptible one.
This is the case of the New England Shredder, who has become mad and acquired a new bloodlust, terrorizing those who roam the streets by carving them up with his signature guitar into pieces.
The vigilantes have tracked evidence to somewhere within the forbidden sewers, sealed off after a plague centuries ago.
For peace and for song, you must end the life of a man once great, corrupted by the darksong.
