Whip Form - Greatly Increased range and has higher physical damage on hit, stunning enemies temporarily
Rapier Form - Higher attack speed but lower damage, but can poison the enemy
Optimal strategy is to use the Whip on fodder enemies, but to take out big ones use the rapier to poison them and the whip to fight them afterwards and keep them away while the poison does its thing
