You make a good point. Biden's been ridiculously weak with China, and Iran too.
But consider this: France had the strongest military in the world on the eve of World War 2. France did nothing while the Wehrmacht rolled over Poland, when western Germany was totally vulnerable, due to weak and cowardly leadership.
Then, when the Wehrmacht turned west, France fell so suddenly that it surprised even the Germans. Why did that happen? Still, there was poor leadership. But more generally, France suffered from extreme political division, which directly affected the country's defense. The French people were equally divided politically, of course. And the anti-war sentiments in France ran deep, along with other social issues.
Sound familiar?
Other people out there know how to set up a country - even the one with the world's strongest military - to lose a war.
