(yeah, i know, i just gave advice on your spy game, but i can help with other classes)
first, dont bother with headshots, its annoying, and its very hard (use the machina or shooting star), second, if you are feeling a little like trolling and tomfoolery, use the jarate and bushwhaka, that combo deals an instant 195 damage. and, play tufort, its great for aim training on people like scout or soldier.

Here, I mainly use the machina, are you attempting to go for headshots? Forget that, I reccomend going for bodyshots first. But it really depends on the type of loadout you run, Hitman's heatmaker is the headshot loadout, whereas the huntsman is more of a lady luck loadout. So, to take away from this, visit walkway in community maps, there are several opportunities to gain experience on aim training, not just for sniper, but every other class.

what about the piss gun, since it's good for support and all that is that a weapon i should use?

Mainly depends on the composition of your team, also, try to remain in the backlines. Pick off the ones that most pose a threat, and allow your team to clean up the stragglers. Also, depending on the sleeper, if your team is mostly damage dealing classes, that would greatly benefit them as they will be able to use crits on the enemy, as jarate has a certain range, but the sleeper has a far superior range, and allows you to pick a target.
