Well ghostface and Leatherface are just normal people with weapons so they're automatically out then chucky is a doll possessed by a ghost so all you have to do is destroy the doll

Jason would still be able to kill Leatherface (he has been shown to be immortal and also able to hold up a fight with Krueger) also I'd argue Michael can beat Leatherface since he has been shown to survive fires and much worse injuries than a chainsaw
