Go into the drop-down that says "Streams" on the top left corner of the home page. Then, at the bottom of that drop-down menu, click "more streams", and then click follow on whatever stream you like. Whenever you're making a meme, it'll ask you to choose which stream to submit it in. Because you are now followed to the other stream, the option of that stream will show up. Click that, post the meme, and bada bing bada boom you just posted a meme on that stream
