Kankri seems to dislike Mituna, and deems his crude nature and need for protective headgear an ableist stereotype of disabled people. However, he defends him from Meenah's (perceived) ableism.
But that's stupid.
Coincidentally, the name Kankri also happens to be a phonetic anagram to the word "cranky." Kankri is also the name of a village in Nepal in the Rukum District, which contains a sacred mountain called Mt. Sisne and several temples.
He and Karkat are the only trolls whose god tiers are not shown with wings. Whether the wings are very small, non-existent, or simply hidden is possible. Kankri has been seen in Ministrife wearing footie pajamas with many spots whose colors match the hemospectrum, these spots were revealed initially to be grubs, the equivalent of earth babies.
