They could be passive aggressive. Most sharks are in the world anyways. For example: they could only attack when the player is in a boat

Both of these are neutral mobs. This means they will not attack unless provoked. Polar bear when you're too close, Llama when attacked, Enderman when looked at, etc. BUT WHAT ABOUT SILVERFISH?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
