Try to view things on a neutral point of view not a negative one; seek professional support if available, preferably a therapist; tell someone who you trust how you really feel, thus expressing helps releaf stress, anxiety and sadness (not depression); try to not consume any high quantities of sugar, even if it makes you feel better, it'll go away quickly and you'll enter in a sadness state; always try relaxation techniques, they won't solve your problems, but they'll help you calm down in a moment of stress, thus helping you have a neutral point of view.
