He can’t be excluded from any of the rules because if he is excluded from all the rule then he would be excluded from the fourth rule as well. Therefore being excluded from that rule means he is not excluded from any of the rules and he instead creates a black hole bigger than the earth, swallowing all of us until eventually the universe dies.
