Both are equally good.
Axes can be great for short bursts of PVP and swords are best for placing constant pressure. Axes take more time to fill on strike power however. Yet they can stun shields. A powerful weapon for a small cost, the stone axe is. Two hits to destroy most monsters. The sword will always be superior during constant engagement though.

Well, a crossbow cannot be fired immediately.
A bow can be fired at any strength and can be enchanted with Infinity, to make every arrow worth it.

and crossbows are naturaly stonger and can be encanted wirh punch and power to make it stronger just like bows

I believe they both have their pros and cons.
Crossbows have more unique ideas behind them. I'd agree with ya that it's better.
Bows are however easier to make, by a little bit.
