FEMA had to set the record straight and say "all communities" will be served

I think most people favor helping those in the greatest need first. We don't need to rush financial aid to the billionaires who lost their 3rd beach house. But, what about a poor black person living next to a poor white person? It's pure racism to assist one neighbor in need over another neighbor in need purely based on skin color. There are more rich white people in the US than rich black people... there are also more POOR WHITE PEOPLE in the US than poor black people. There are more white people in general. Those poor white people hit by the storm need help in every why the black people need help, regardless of the fact that other white people are rich.
