the real question is would any Pokemon be both human-compatible AND intelligent enough to be able to give consent

-Gengar (was a human before dying)
-Yamask/Cofigregus (same as Gengar)
-Kadabra (someone turned into a pokemon)
-Mewtwo (literally just a human with some odd shaped head and a tail)
-Gardevoir (Psychic type making them smart enough to understand)
-Gallade (same as Gardevoir)
