I'm trying to delete one of my streams that's rarely used, but I can't because it has 26 followers who NEVER EVEN POST IN IT!!!!

It’s helpful for large streams like msmg
If somebody who owns them tries to ruin the stream, they can’t immediately delete the stream so ppl like sitewide mods can easily recover into normal phase

Should still be raised to like 30 or 50
