Holding the cucumber (kappa) gun barrel is a piece of cooked Shrimp, or Ebi. If it were raw (or what the Japanese call "fresh"} it would be called, Ama Ebi. I started, years ago, trying to learn the names of all the different fish. For me that's fun!
