You'll learn more about it once you get to 8th grade, American History. Also, if you want a book by Bill o' Reilly, he wrote Killing the Rising Sun. It is long, but it'll help you understand the events leading up to Nuking japan. Warning- it does have some raping references so I suggest you ask your parents.
