Well.. yeah. But that doesn't really matter. A lot of anti-furs (what people who don't like furries are called) will be mean, or will try and bother you. But most of what they say is kinda wrong anyway.
Try to ignore it and you'll be fine. We also do the best we can on the stream to block out these types of people to keep the community nice, so you can consider this a safe space from those folks.
I've only been a furry for a little while, but my best advice is to ignore the antis, and just be yourself. Try to draw your fursona (your character), maybe even make a fursuit. This is creativity and being who u are. :)
