PROMPT -
You're flying around on your dragon(any species allowed) and see them (in their Death Song form) terrorizing other dragon riders. They spit the amber liquid at a few and traps them in it. One of the dragon riders escapes and runs towards you. Suddenly, they turn into their human form and run after the person, gaining quickly. They spot you and shift so they're running towards you

Lyric shifts into a human and runs towards Reece.

Reece: *jumps into a nearby tree and watches Lyric*

They shift back into a dragon and leap into the tree

Reece: AH-! *falls out of the tree and lands with a thud on his back*

"Hi!" They laugh maniacally.

Reece: *curses quietly to himself and lifts his head slightly to look at them* Hey.. *a small pool of blood forms near his head*

They see the blood and something clicks in their mind. "Holy f**k. It happened again-"

Reece: *looks down and sees his blood* d*mnit- *looks back up at Lyric* I'm fine, there was a rock where my head landed! *picks up the rock and throws it* F*ck you rock! *gets up onto his feet, and while doing so, causes the blood to gush out faster, though Reece seems unalarmed by it*

"A-Are you alright?!"

Reece: Yeah, I'm fine, worse has happened to me before. This is nothing

"You sure?"

Reece: Yeah, I've been shot in the abdomen before with a harpoon. This? *claps* Nothin'

Reece: They thought I was a dragon, I have pretty sizable wings, *stretches his wings out fully to show that his wingspan is 22 feet and 9 inches* but no other part of my body would say "dragon". I mean, I have a tail and horns, but they don't resemble a dragon's at all.

Reece: *brings his wings back to his sides* I have no idea how they saw me flying and said, "Oh yeah, that's a dragon."

Suddenly, it looks as though there's a large fire starting. Dragon-Lyric changes back into Human-Lyric and lands on Silver. "Something's attacked DeeDee!"

Aries- well then let's see who dares ever hurt a dragon!

"I was the Deathsong, and Silver will be alright." They whistle and a Hideous Zippleback runs over with Silver on her back.

The two-headed dragon lays next to Lyric. "Not really sure, but I've been doing this since I was really young."

Aries- interesting that's weird so does dragon root affect you as well or no? And or have you never tried?

Aries- that must feel horrible if dealing with dragon hunters

"Eh, they don't really bother me much. Unless they've got Thunderdrums, and hardly none do."

Aries- ok nice...so what about the other dragon riders? Are they ok!?

"Oh yeah, they're fine. Some boy found out how to get rid of it and everyone found out."

Lyric shifts back into a Death Song and flies towards Aries

Aries- *tries to encourage the razorwhip to go faster* c'mon we need to hurry and I don't think you would like getting into an orange rock!

They hover over the Razorwhip and Aries, then shift back to Lyric and land on the dragon's tail.

Aries- so what do you do in your free time?

"I try and find new islands, normally."

Aries- *some kind of large noise* what the heck was that!?

She snaps her fingers and the Zippleback rises into the air to scout.

Aries-*looks in the direction of the noise*

"I sent DeeDee over there to look, and she's really good at scouting. But...I should head over there as well." Lyric shifts into a Death Song and starts to fly.

Aries- I'm coming with you for back up *climbs into the back of silver and motions silver to follow lyric*

Aries- AHHHHH! WHAT THE HECK!? WHO THE HECK ARE YOU!?

"The name's Lyric!!" They pull a dagger out from their boot and stab it into the Razorwhip's tail

Aries- HEY WHAT THE HECK! *pulls out bow and arrow* *aims* do that again and I'll snipe you!

Lyric starts to laugh manically. "You think you can!!" They do it again, shift into a Death Song, and start to flap around.

Aries- CRAP! *Tries to fly out of the area on razorwhip*

They shoot the amber liquid at the dragon's wing and the Razorwhip starts to plummet

Aries- I'll be back silver! ( The razorwhips name is silver) * jumps off and land in a tree*

"I know...There's a few still alive, though."

Aries- I hope they can repopulate enough to save the species but if that person finds them they might furies will go extinct!

"I thought he'd been defeated..."

Aries- I honestly don't know I never learned that much history.

They think for a moment. "I'll take it to a friend. He's a walking history book."

Aries- nice you don't mind if I come with you to find out right?

"Yeah, you can come."

Aries- YAY! I'm good at camouflage I can do stealth missions and stuff too.

"Oh, yeah!" They hand the small vial to Fishlegs who studies it for a moment, then drops it. "I haven't seen this since the time of Grimmel...The guy who kidnapped Toothless..."

Aries- who's toothless?

"Hiccup's Night Fury"

Aries- A NIGHT FURY!? I've never seen one.

"Yep"

Aries- Kool and also who is grimmel he sounds rather old and crusty. *Makes a weird face*

They shift back into Lyric and run over to the Zippleback. "Yeah, DeeDee's fine."

Aries- ok good *sighs in relief*

"Stupid dragons...I bet the dragon riders'll be back and'll save him."

Aries- if I didn't know he was your friend I would have wanted to "save"him too but I understand people can be unbearable sometimes.

Lyric thinks for a moment. "Most Nadders wouldn't try and attack a Zippleback..." They run over to the trapped dragon and start inspecting it for a moment."

Aries- wait then why would a deadly nadder try to attack DeeDee!?

They break through the amber resin shit and look all over the Nadder. Suddenly, they yell. "I found it!" Lyric reappears from under the Nadder's wing with a small vial with purple liquid in it.
(Shh nope not those scorpion-looking dragon's venom. totally)

Aries- uhhhh what the heck is that thing and why is there purple juice in it?

"I-I...I've seen this before...Some guy who hunted Night Furies had dragons who had this venom..."

Aries- WHAT!? how could he dare kill night furies they can be very sweet creatures!
