That may be unnecessary. Last time, we saw downvote counter since the version was released. When they had it, it has poor creative quality and got into arguments over everything on this website. Because of that, they made users quit due to these problems, toxicity and drama, especially when it comes to creative quality on memes and gifs. So, they removed it on December 2015.
