yes, but I would recommend doing it with an evolved eevee because then it isn't the child your breeding.

I can imagine the eeveelutions grabbing normal, innocent eevee and being like " COME ON EEVEE WE GOT TO GO OFFICER JENNY IS ON OUR TAILS!"
