The only problem with your propaganda is that most legal minds say Trump is right , the President has the ultimate power of declassification .

So Biden can declassify everything by merely thinking of doing it, regardless of the legal method he is required to do it, and you would 💯% support him on that?

The law is pretty clear on it and since the situation with Trump in unprecedented , there is no ruling that says otherwise . It's much ado about nothing and something that other Presidents have routinely done , it's only widely publicized now because it's Trump and the Democrats are desperate to find some crime to charge him with .

First he refused to return them when requested. Then claimed the FBI planted the documents. Then he claimed they were his property and demanded them back. Remember that? Now he's saying he can declassify AND transfer ownership of super secret dociments by thought alone.

If Trump ACTUALLY declassified the documents then why is he playing all these word games and changing his story? If Trump declassified the documents then why not just reveal all of their contents to the public right now? Why hasn't the trump appointed judge revealed the contents as publicly available evidence? Why hasn't the FBI revealed the contents as publicly available evidence? Why claim his FBI chief of planting documents?

I'll tell you why: because he didn't declassify them. If he actually declassified them they would lose all of their worth and leverage

Did you read it before you took a screen shot? Obama ACTUALLY declassified documents. Trump did not 🤔 if Trump actually declassified those documents they would be publicly available. As much as New York times, CNN, OANN, CBS, CBN, and Fox News lies to the public, none of them are sharing the contents of those documents because none of those corporations are STUPID enough to seek out and share top secret documents 🤔 because those documents have NOT been declassified. If Trump actually declassified them then they are now public record and every news organization would have access to them at "archives(dot)gov"...but they don't. Why? Because Trump is lying as usual. Your party membership and loyalty to Trump has ruined your ability to reason on this topic. I am an independent. No party or politician has my allegiance nor sways me from reason.
