For those who don't know, the people in the picture are (starting from the left and going right): Pol Pot (the ex-dictator and mass-murderer of Cambodia and creator of the 'killing fields'), Joe Biden (Better known as "Joke Biden" or "Joe Burden"), Vladimir Putin (President and current Prime Minister of Russia holding a power seat for over two decades and the Infamous instigator for the Russian Invasion of Ukraine), Adolf Hitler (Dictator and Genocidal madman who exterminated an uncountable number of Innocent Jewish and Polish People from the planet from his high seat in fascist "Axis" powers and at home better known as the "Nazi" party).
The idea here is that history has madmen that nobody sees as madmen until months, years, or even decades later. For example, many victims in Cambodia still speak no evil of Pol Pot. The Nazi party's actions were condoned by the USA right up until they invaded the UK. The USA even went so far as turning away the Jewish refugees for some of the same reasons that the Nazi party was killing them for. Big history like this is in the making all around us, you have to but open your eyes, and you will start to see. Don't believe everything Wikipedia tells you.
Even in the age of the Internet, manual research is still the best way to discovering what really happens in the world.
