Find a tomboy and be a super kind and loyal friend to her (don't get ahead of yourself, this is not the exact time for romance, as from my understanding, a good friendship at the start always helps).
You'll have to ignore her looks. You should be focused strictly on her personality, not hair length or clothes or some shit. Not to mention, tomboys are quite based.
Be very understanding. Open up about your feelings to her. You'll know why i specifically said a tomboy instead of a regular ass girl, as she's got a very large if not certain chance she won't be a dickhead (being the girl is a tomboy, she'll have a true understanding of guys rather than assuming stereotypes).
