Intentional. It is fairly common for me to see a meme saying that white privilege can’t exist because the memer found a picture of a poor white guy, or something along those lines. I was just using the same format to argue against the concept of USA privilege.
Does a white man experiencing homelessness have more privilege than a black man experiencing homelessness? Hard to say I would need to know about their specific situations. Black people are more likely to experience homelessness than white people so one could say that white people are privileged to be less affected by homelessness than black people. That they are privileged to have better access to healthcare, quality education, neighborhoods without crime, air and water without pollution, etc.
