I've never played Tour, but I have listened to all of the track themes (up until September 20, 2022.) Here are my opinions from above explained:
Berlin Byways: A sick beat, and it's the easiest to dance to IMHO.
London Loop: Not a huge fan of rock music, but man is this theme good.
Vancouver Velocity: Definitely was a grower for me, wasn't a fan at first, but I can vibe to it now.
Los Angeles Laps: The only one here that I would personally consider annoying. The vocals sound weird to me, and not in a good way, and the high-pitched descending notes are ear grading.
Amsterdam Drift: The most relaxing of these themes IMHO. Aside for like 2 notes in the vocals, it's really good, and I can totally see this playing in the Netherlands.
Singapore Speedway: Not bad, but it is pretty forgettable to me.
New York Minute: Sounds good, but I just don't care for jazz too much. Jazz just isn't my cup of tea.
Bangkok Rush: Some parts I like, others I don't. Can decide if I like it or not. I do really like the ascending bells(?) towards the end.
Sydney Sprint: I really want to like this one. My ears tell me it's good, but my brain tells me it's average. I have no idea why this is.
Paris Prominade: This theme exists, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just doesn't connect with me. Maybe I'm biased because I know it from Booster Course wave 1 in MK8DLX, and I really don't care for wave 1 that much aside for like 2 tracks.
Tokyo Blur: I forgot this tracks and theme existed. It literally feels like a blur in MK8DLX, not because of speed, but do to how boring I find it.
Merry Mountain: A Christmas-themed theme that isn't too great IMHO. And in MK8DLX, I'm not sure how I feel about a Christmas-themed track being chosen online in June.
Ninja Hideaway: I just, I like this one. It's a good theme.
Ninja Hideaway (MK8DLX): Ok, I guess I'm cheating here, but I don't care. They took good, and made it into awesome. I do wish they had kept the wavy guitar sound, whatever that would be called, at that one point though.
