If intersex is real it's just a matter of comparing the male characteristics the person and the female characteristics there is more female characteristics then the person is a female if more male characteristics then they are male.

some people have an equal split right down the middle
and even then they medically would not qualify as either
they can look extremely femme on the outside and have a va**na, but on the inside instead of ovaries they have testicles
