He has telepathy, so he can read minds, and project words and vague images into peoples mind, he also has weak telekinesis
Due to incidents of significant usage of these powers they resulted in some damage to the brain, resulting in the loss of vision in his left eye (I know it’s right in this image but I can’t change it) slurred speech, difficulty with reading, and remembering things involved with words (like how to spell, pronounce, and what someone may have said or written down)
