If I included past and present tenses, the list easily would have tripled. I could have been more liberal with the branching words I chose. (Ex: You're, you'd, you'll.) That would have added a lot more. Most or these words could branch just by adding an "S" at the end. And most of these are based off the the same sound.
Words that look the same, but don't sound the same. (tour, sour) Words that sound the same, but don't look the same. (hoard, chord) English in a nutshell.
And I know I left out some words that would've work perfectly with this meme, but I wanted it to remain SFW. Trust me, I went through every modern English letter. I'm sure I missed a few SFW ones, but while I'm fluent in English, I don't know every word.
An example I purposely left out, is wh*re. I just wanted to make sure this was SFW.
So, in conclusion, English can be confusing.
