we need something else for IP how about an official map and maybe provinces where a different person can run and also hold elections for those provinces which we can also start adding combat into the rp and as well as start up an economy by having a required manufacturing production for each province

You can try and implement it, but I think that would just make understanding the stream a lot more complicated. I would suggest if you go through with it anyway swapping out the provinces for Imgflip streams as that would bring the users of the streams who participate into the Presidents fold.
