I would say the KKK has committed enough heinous acts that they could reasonably be considered a terrorist organization, which is illegal, but I don’t really like the slippery slope argument that comes up when discussing outlawing such organizations.

Some zoning makes sense, for example we don’t want residential areas right next to the hazmat chemical factory, but otherwise we need to remove our strict zoning codes and let great walkable cities emerge.

Climate change is absolutely real, but it definitely is being used as a tool for the global elites to push through their agenda.

Pretty sure you can't build a chemical factory next to a residential area unless you want to get sued to hell with or without zoning.

Sure, they could potentially get sued in civil court, but without zoning laws, they legally could build next to a residential area. There’s also the fact that some developers could build a low income residential area near the industrial park. Point is we do need some zoning laws but we need to dial a lot of them back.
