for the head, if i were you i would just draw a circle.
after drawing the head, draw two lines parallel to each other. that will be the neck.
after that, draw two lines coming from the end of each of the lines. those are da shoulders.
then, two more parallel lines coming from the edges of the shoulders.
after all of that, to draw the torso add two vertical lines pointing down at each other.
