Order meal, treat her as a worker not a slave and be nice cause that’s just what I do (plus she’s handling food I’m gonna eat).
Unfortunately for her we don’t have a tipping culture here, but if it’s a long meal (especially in a group) we do a tip from the table fo4 good service (ie almost always). But she’d be paid about $20 USD per hour so it’s enough to live on anyway.
